Correct sizing for pouch slings is essential for
the happiness of both mom/dad and baby. As a jumping
off point, use a soft tape measure to measure yourself loosely from the outer
edge of your shoulder to the TOP of your opposite
hipbone to determine your size.
The number (in inches) should be in the 20s. If you are taller/fuller figured or shorter than
average, you may need to go a size up or down.
Most people wear a size 3, 4 or 5 pouch.
